Stock Gifts to Fuquay-Varina United Methodist Church

To make a stock gift, please complete the form on this page. Once submitted, we will notify UMF that your gift is on the way. You will then receive an email with the necessary instructions to provide to your broker for the stock transfer.

Important Reminder: A new form must be completed each time you make a stock gift. This ensures that:

  1. The most up-to-date transfer details are provided.
  2. We can notify UMF in advance so they recognize the gift as designated for Fuquay-Varina UMC and direct the proceeds to us once the stock has been liquidated.
