A Lawn & Grounds workday is scheduled for Saturday, April 19, starting at 8am and lasting until noon. Stay and help for a little while or stay for the whole morning, all are welcome. The more hands and feet we have, the more we can get done.
We will be refreshing the FVUMC campus by pruning and trimming bushes, getting pine straw spread and replacing railroad ties in the gravel parking lot. All tools and needed equipment, saws, rakes, trailers and fuel, will be provided.
Bring your own work gloves and bottled water. If you have a special tool that you prefer to use, please feel free to bring it, just make sure it is labelled.
