My favorite thing about this job is getting to work alongside and supporting volunteer leaders that are 'all-in' on making FVUMC a well of living water for the community, where real transformation happens and space is made for people to grow in their relationship with God.

I perceive my work of managing the resources of our church as a primary and foundational ministry that ought to be executed with strategic intent and theological integrity, and it's a gratifying experience to be led by those that see the operations ministry as one that cultivates the fertile ground upon which all of the other ministry areas may flourish, grow, and bear fruit for our Lord.
