While I wear many hats in my role, I'm truly grateful for the variety that's inherent in my job. Sometimes, I'm focused on data cleanup, record keeping, reporting, and logistics.

Other times I'm writing video scripts, meeting with teams to develop website and social media content, designing logos, or helping behind the scenes at a funeral.

At it's foundation, my job is about stewarding resources well and helping people find their purpose and get fully engaged in our congregation.

All that being said, my true favorite thing about this job is really not about my job at all - it's the absolutely fabulous staff I get to work with every single day.

They are such amazing people! It's such a blessing to be able to be part of this team who laughs together and cries together and grows together.

They inspire me with their devotion to this congregation and to God's call in each of their lives to serve God's people.
