FVUMC has four Core discipleship classes that we offer on a regular basis to help people take the next step in their discipleship journey. Ultimately, we hope that everyone at FVUMC, whether you are brand new or a long-time member, will have the chance to go through all four Core classes.
This Summer, we are offering a special session of Core 1: Everyday Discipleship. Core 1 is designed to equip you with tools to grow as a disciple and disciple others. Whether you're new to faith or have been on your faith journey for a long time, Core 1 is for anyone who wants to learn the FVUMC way of doing discipleship.
Here are all the details:
- Sundays from 11:15 am-12:45 pm in The New Room and other classrooms on the Adult Wing
- May 11 - July 27 (10 weeks, excluding May 25 and July 6 for the holiday weekends)
- Large group teaching led by Matt Harrenstein and Melissa Neeriemer
- Round-table discussion led by small group leaders
- Round-table small groups and leaders will remain consistent throughout
