Every year, FVUMC provides a hot meal on Thanksgiving Day to over 400 people in our community who might not otherwise be celebrating. For any questions, please email in**@***mc.org.
Ways to Serve: Volunteer or Donate Items
There are many ways you can be part of this incredible ministry.
- Volunteer – Volunteers are needed on the morning of Thanksgiving for:
- Setting Up;
- Cleaning Up;
- Plating Meals;
- Packaging Meals; and
- Delivering Meals.
- Donate Baked Desserts – If you can’t make it there on Thanksgiving Day, you can still contribute by donating baked desserts. We are asking that the baked desserts be individually wrapped.
- Donate Fresh Rolls – In addition to or instead of donating baked desserts, you can also donate fresh bread rolls. Please make sure that the fresh rolls have been already baked and are not still frozen.
